How 2020 Runs Will Look in the Covid19 Days

We hope you are all doing well in these very uncertain times. We want to share how runs will look for now and into the foreseeable future.

Starting in June we are optimistic that our 3rd Annual Summer Solstice 5K Trail Run will be a go. The new date is June 20th. Here's how it will look.

We will have multiple starts times with corrals/groups of 50 registrants. Each start will be at least 45-60 minutes. Runners will be asked to leave the park/trail when they finish and wait for friends and family in your vehicle.

Each corral will line up 6 feet apart. Registrants will start 5 seconds apart until everyone has started. Runners/Walkers must maintain 10 feet between runners unless passing.

No vendor samples will be distributed unless they are in a sealed package. Only sealed water bottles will be given out. There will be a very limited day of packet pick up, and there will be no "day of" registration without prior approval.

If you have any of the following symptoms or have been around anyone in the last 7 days with a fever, cough, runny nose, and sore throat, you are asked to contact us right away to complete the event virtually or transfer to another event with equivalent registration dollar value. We hold the right to remove anyone from the event who we deem as a possible risk without refund or transfer.
